Shipping

We value your business, which is why we make every effort to ensure a smooth delivery of your product while being transparent and available to all our customers throughout the shipping process. Every Jennifer Taylor Home product includes free shipping as a courtesy to our valued customers. All shipments are considered either small or large shipments.

Small Shipments

  • Shipped via Small Parcel.
  • Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Lighter weight items (ottomans, dining chairs, footstools, chaise lounges, some benches).
  • No delivery appointment required. Package will be left without appointment or signature required.

Large Shipments

  • Shipped via LTL freight carriers (carriers who specialize in large, heavy shipments).
  • Typically delivered within 1-3 weeks.
  • Heavier items (sofas, beds, storage consoles).
  • Delivery appointment required. Package requires an adult present to sign for delivery.
  • Please note that scheduling a delayed delivery appointment may incur storage fees. 

 

Damages or Missing Parts

We encourage our customers to inspect all deliveries before accepting them. If the product is damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us so that we can begin the replacement process. If any damages or missing parts are noticed after a shipment has already been accepted, please take photos of the packaging the shipment arrived in and any visible damage and email them to support@jennifertaylorhome.in with your order number in the subject line.
